If your institution is making use of the DDI specification, we would like you to acknowledge our work and help inform other users about the DDI. You may place our logo on your Web site, or in your print publications.

For Print

  1. ddi_logo_cmyk.tif
    Does not contain transparency, is print quality (300 dpi), cmyk color settings This is the best choice for any Microsoft program (Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and for most print documents, unless you need transparency.
  2. ddi_logo_pms5405.eps
    Contains transparency, is print quality, contains the spot color settings (pms 5405) This file format would be primarily used within InDesign for print documents. Not recommended for any Microsoft program (Word, Powerpoint) as it contains the spot color. Also not for use with non- postscript printers.
  3. ddi_logo_cmyk.gif
    Contains transparency, satisfactory for print, cmyk color settings. The best choice when you need transparency and are working within a Microsoft program. Otherwise, please use one of the above file formats.

For Web

There are two formats for web and/or powerpoint use. If you need a logo for the web and/or powerpoint in a significantly different size, please create a new file from the DDI_logo_cmyk.tif file to prevent disintegration of logo's quality.

  1. ddi_logo_web.jpg
    Does not contain transparency, is web quality (size 250 pixels wide), rgb color settings
  2. ddi_logo_web.gif
    Contains transparency, is web quality (size 250 pixels wide), rgb color settings
